Mercedes me Flexperience is Mercedes-Benz’s car subscription service. Customers can choose to select and drive up to twelve new vehicles a year for a fixed monthly rate that includes insurance, tax, maintenance, repair and tires. This service revolves around the Mercedes me Flexperience app, which digitalizes the entire car subscription process. Customers can engage with all parts of the process at any time with app features ranging from selecting their “dream vehicle”, to collecting and returning it.

Mercedes me Flexperience was created as a collaboration project between Lab1886, Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Mobility AG. Together, we are taking another step towards transforming Daimler AG into an integrated mobility provider. This adds another attractive service to the portfolio of Mercedes-Benz, moving beyond purchasing, financing or leasing a vehicle. After internal validation in front of the Lab1886 in-house shark tank jury in May 2017, the project entered its pilot phase in March 2018 starting with two of the biggest car dealer groups within the German Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales network. Mercedes me Flexperience was then presented to the public for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2018.
